FLOW OF OUR DAY
9:30am: Arrive, land on your mat with Tea
9:45am: Shakti Flow Yoga, Meditation
10:45am: Mantra, Pranayama
11:45am: Break
12:00pm: Lunch, relaxation in the gardens
1:15pm: Workshop
2:15pm: Yin Wisdom Yoga, Meditation
3:00pm: Yoga Nidra infused with Reiki Healing
3:30pm: Dessert & Tea
4:00pm: Close

Shakti Goddess Day Retreat is non-refundable, non-transferable.
All food/drinks are provided. We do our best to cater to vegetarians, GF, DF.
Please arrive by 9.30am to set up, use the toilet and enjoy the beautiful environment, ready for practice at 9.45am.
Please bring your own mat, warm layers & a journal & pen.
Wear socks and slides as we will be walking outside. Socks to keep ankles/toes warm.
All phones turned off for the day, but of course, if you wish to take photos, be my guest.

Approximately 52min drive from Auckland CBD. Turn right onto the gravel driveway, follow the mandarin trees along, then turn right into carpark. The yoga shala building is on the right side of the driveway.
