INGREDIENTS:

1 1/2 C spelt flour or buckwheat
4 TBS Raw organic cacoa power
2 TBS LSA or any powdered nut seed combo you fancy
1/2 Tsp Baking Soda
3 TBS Golden syrup/Honey
1 egg
1 smashed banana
1 Med beetroot grated
1/4 C Olive oil
50g melted butter

METHOD:

Add all dry ingredients to large bowl
Smash banana & grate beetroot ,combine.
Add golden syrup and egg to wet mixture and combine.
Melt butter then add everything together, mix with large fork , till a thick ,moist mixture, add tiny bit more olive oil if a too thick .
Line loaf tin with baking paper.
Pour in.

Bake 195deg for 30-35 mins until knife pulls out clear

Serve with coconut yogurt for dessert or cup of peppermint tea for morning or afternoon snack.
